General

Grounds

In total there are approximately 98 hectares of land, of which almost 21 hectares are owned. It is quite undulating, with loamy soil that is easy to work.

Location of plots:
The largest part is situated around the main buildings with the house, a second site is located 15 km away where the 3 chicken coops are located.

Farm buildings

There are two industrial chicken sheds, each measuring 1260 m² and 1000 m², with solar panels (450,000 kW Crête), which are in excellent condition.
There are also three chicken sheds labeled “for chickens,” each measuring 400 m² with their own outdoor runs.
A 440-place calf shed, in normal use,
occupies a significant space on the farm. The digester, with its entire fermentation process, takes up a significant amount of space. The digester itself includes a 2500 m² storage area, a 950 m³ fermenter, a 950 m³ pre-fermenter, three fermentation pits of 1000 m³ and two 2000 m³, and two additional storage pits of 300 m³ and 900 m³.
There is also a hangar for equipment and a hangar for feed storage.

Material

The field work is currently being done by a contractor, so aside from three tractors and a feeder, there’s little equipment available.
There is equipment and installations for the digester/chicken sheds. A list is available upon request.

Residential house

With a floor area of almost 250 m², the house is in excellent condition.
On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, an open-plan kitchen and living room, a toilet, an office, a utility room, and a garage.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, a bathroom with a toilet, and a loft.
The property features double glazing and PVC windows and doors.
Hot water from a digester is used for the central heating.

Environment/location

The town has a supermarket and several shops in the center. A daycare center, kindergarten, primary school, and secondary school are all located in the town, 2.5 km away.

Other information

For both the chickens and the calves, the sellers are in partnership with three different cooperatives.

The company payment rights for 2024 amounted to €16,300.
